Rebecca Kelly
FNP-C, MSN, RN
Rebecca Kelly is Founder, Nurse Practitioner, and Aesthetic + Functional Medicine Specialist with over a decade of clinical experience.
She founded AIYANA Med, a women-owned practice dedicated to helping patients feel confident, empowered, and vibrant at every stage of life. Originally from Hood River, Oregon, Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Nursing and began her career in women’s health before expanding into aesthetics and hormone therapy.
She specializes in guiding women through perimenopause and menopause with a science-based, personalized approach that celebrates vibrant aging. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and three children, embracing wellness, faith, and community.

Operating Manager
Alysha was born and raised here in Salem, Or. She has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years starting with her cosmetology license in 2014.
She has always had a passion for helping her clients find what makes them feel beautiful and helping them embody their own beauty inside and out. Which is exactly what she brings to the AIYANA team. She loves being apart of her community and being apart of the beauty industry in every way.
Outside of work Alysha is with her three young sons going on adventures and doing all the not so beautiful boy things. She loves exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
