Rebecca Kelly, FNP-C, founder of AIYANA aesthetics has a passion for helping her patients embrace their inner beauty. She started her nursing career in Labor and Delivery, helping mothers with one of the most joyous experiences in their life. She found a passion in aesthetics after becoming a Nurse Practitioner and wanting that joy that comes with helping women, and men, reach their aesthetic goals. After working as a provider in Urgent Care and Primary Care for over 3 years, she decided to take the leap into aesthetics and wellness. She knew this was her passion after helping many individuals feel beautiful in their own skin, and on the inside, too.
After working in a medispa in Salem, OR, she decided to take her passion for business and aesthetics and wellness and open AIYANA aesthetics in 2020.
Her vision took her to a space in Molalla, OR, that started in a dental practice and has since moved to a contemporary space in Downtown Molalla. AIYANA aesthetics is growing and expanding, and opened a second location in 2022 in Downtown Salem, OR.

Rebecca Kelly, NP has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 7 years and an injector for over 4 years. She is the owner and founder of AIYANA Aesthetics and is an Oregon native, born and raised in Hood River. She obtained her Master's degree in Nursing from East Carolina University while working as an RN in Labor and Delivery for 2 years. She previously worked in a medispa in Salem, OR before branching out on her own to start AIYANA Aesthetics. Her passion is helping clients enhance their natural beauty and find their glowing skin within.
When she’s not assisting patients reach their skin care goals, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They enjoy outdoor activities, exploring the Pacific Northwest, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking. She is passionate about health and nutrition and staying active. She is also active in her community and church, teaching Sunday school and ministering to other women in the church.

Jena Hendrix, Master Esthetician
Jena is an Oregon Native, born and raised in Silverton, OR. She grew up attending dance classes and found her passion in the dance studio. After high school, Jena moved across the country to attend multiple dance schools, perfecting her craft and expanding her knowledge in the realm of dance. After attending college, she started working as a dance teacher and dance team coach. She now teaches at the dance studio she once attended when she was younger.
Jena has a passion for dance, but also found another passion, aesthetics. She loves helping others obtain the beautiful skin they desire and has an interest in knowing all things about skin health. She understands the frustration with different skin concerns and has empathy for those she treats. Jena Attended Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics where she graduated with honors and a license in aesthetics.
When Jena is not working as an esthetician, she enjoys teaching and taking dance class, spending time with friends and family, and going on adventures with her boyfriend and dog.
Meagan Routley, Advanced Esthetician
Meagan is an Oregon native, born and raised in Molalla, Oregon. For the last several years, Meagan has worked in a day spa and with body contouring, during her time at the day spa, she found a passion for Aesthetics. Meagan received her Advanced aesthetics license from Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics, where she graduated with honors. She has successfully helped many people achieve their health and wellness goals.
Meagan understands the frustration that can come with skin issues as she struggled herself. Although Meagan has experience in body contouring, laser treatments and skin rejuvenation, her passion remains with facial treatments. She’s deeply committed to helping people discover their natural beauty.
When Meagan’s not working she loves spending time and going on new adventures with her family, boyfriend and puppy Bailee.
Kelli Bartholomew, Practice Manager
Kelli is an Oregon native, raised in Newberg, Oregon. She is passionate about customer service, and has worked in the administrative field for over 25 years, with the last 7 years in the medical field at a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Office. During that time she came to find satisfaction in helping people realize their individual beauty and is excited to achieve the same at AIYANA aesthetics.
She believes serving people is her greatest call, whether her family, church or place of employment, people are her passion.
She has been married for 32 years and enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter and son-in-law. Her favorites; "fun with the fam" and irreplaceable friendships.
Laura Maxwell, RN, Nurse Injector
Laura is Minnesota born and Oregon raised, growing up in the Portland metropolitan area. A temporary move to Salem became permanent when she met and fell in love with her husband of almost twenty years.
Laura received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health and Science University where she graduated with top honors. Practicing as a nurse in both intensive care as well as post-anesthesia she took a leap of faith to leave the bedside in order to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. She is passionate about facial anatomy and helping her patients find their natural, rejuvenated self.
A “city girl” for most of her life, she decided to sell her urban home for a fixer-upper farmhouse in the country. She can now be found renovating her dream home with her husband and daughter, surrounded by a menagerie of farm animals. Her vast (and somewhat eclectic) hobbies range from interior decorating to designing award-winning costumes.
