Rebecca Kelly, FNP-C, MSN, RN

Founder | Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic + Functional Medicine Specialist

Rebecca Kelly is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience and more than eight years in aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, and functional wellness. She is the founder of AIYANA aesthetics + wellness, a women-owned practice dedicated to helping patients feel confident, empowered, and vibrant at every stage of life.

Born and raised in Hood River, Oregon, Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University. She began her career in women’s health as a labor and delivery nurse before expanding into aesthetics and hormone therapy. After gaining experience in a leading Salem-based medispa, she followed her entrepreneurial calling to create AIYANA — a sanctuary where science, beauty, and wellness converge.

Rebecca specializes in helping women navigate the transition through perimenopause and menopause with confidence. Her approach is grounded in medical science and rooted in the belief that aging should feel vibrant, not limiting.

When she’s not in clinic, Rebecca enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and three children. Their favorite activities include hiking, skiing, camping, kayaking, and mountain biking. A lifelong advocate for wellness, she is passionate about nutrition, faith, and fostering a strong sense of community through her church.

Alejandra Rodriguez, BSN, RN

Alejandra is a nurse at AIYANA. Not only is she an Oregon Native, but she was born and raised in Woodburn / Gervais area. She lived in Guanajuato, Mexico during her early years but returned to Oregon - her true home. She attended Oregon State University where she received her bachelors degree in Public Health. Realizing her love for nursing, she attended Concordia University where she obtained her bachelors degree in nursing. Out of Nursing school she worked as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse before she discovered the world of aesthetics in nursing. She attended Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy to be certified in injections. Her goal is to help others boost their confidence by enhancing their natural beauty. During her free time, Ale likes spending time with her family and her friends and going on adventures with her fiancee.

Mikaela Mauk, RN

Mikaela has been a nurse for over 6 years, working in a variety of fields of medicine. She worked her way up the nursing ladder from LPN to RN graduating from Lower Colombia College, and looks forward to continuing her education. Born and raised on a rural farm in Dallas Oregon, Mikaela has enjoyed serving the community she grew up in in new ways. Mikaela is passionate about taking a holistic approach to beauty and wellness, facing problems other providers have overlooked head on. She feels that in order to best treat someone, you have to understand their concerns/views, thinking outside the typical box.

Outside of the office, Mikaela loves her time with her husband and two children. They spend the majority of their time outdoors; playing with farm animals, riding horses, camping, and working on varies projects. Mikaela and her husband are very active in their church; leading a variety of ministries, Mikaela is very passionate about woman and young moms.

Alysha Watson, Operating Manager

Alysha was born and raised here in Salem, Or. She has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years starting with her cosmetology license in 2014. She has always had a passion for helping her clients find what makes them feel beautiful and helping them embody their own beauty inside and out. Which is exactly what she brings to the AIYANA team. She loves being apart of her community and being apart of the beauty industry in every way.

Outside of work Alysha is with her three young sons going on adventures and doing all the not so beautiful boy things. She loves exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
